Steve is a great Property Manager and also a great guy. I hired Steve about 1.5 years ago to manage a property I purchased in Torrance and he’s been a real blessing. He really does care about his clients and tenants. He helped me from the first week of possession by doing an inspection of the home and telling me what I needed to get done. He also worked with me through the renovation process, finding local contractors to fix the property within a reasonable budget. It should be mentioned that he did this for 5 months and without me signing anything or getting a dime from me. Most other people I called required me to sign something before they would even stop by and look at the property. There’s a lot more I can say, but the review is getting long. He’s local to the area and knowledgeable about the market, nice, honest and resourceful. Hire him!

Working with Steven was such a great experience. Steven was the property manager for a property I was renting. Steven was always timely with his responses, quick to address concerns, and fair in his decisions. He has strong communication with the tenant and the owner.
